The staff was great, spoke good english, or when they didnt we could understand eachother. They offered free shuttles to each slope with prior reservation, very cool. They had a very good game room (pool, random machines too ..) which occupied us during the later hours of the night. They even bother to do bingo night and everything. And the winner for me was the breakfast/dinner. Props to the chef and anyone that helped with the food, it was amazing. It was actually mindblowing for me how good it was for what we paid for the whole stay with it all included. All u can eat buffet with drinks not included at night and even then it wasnt even expensive. Proper care from the staff too.

Great location, you can easily walk to the El Tarter gondola/town (15 mins downhill from the hotel). There's a public parking garage 3 minutes walking past the hotel that is new and huge, 20 EUR for 2 nights. The beds were comfy, the room was warm, and the staff was incredibly helpful with suggesting activities or printing lift tickets for us. There's a game room where they show futbol matches and have a pool table, bar, and other arcade games.

Good food choice for adults and children. Super friendly staff on reception and restaurants. Nice guys in shuttle buses to the lift. They helped us always and always smile. I love those people.

The room was just big enough for a double bed and a single for our son, very clean and nicely decorated. The pool is small but warm clean and a nice addition after a day on the slopes, We didn't take breakfast but we had the evening meal which for 17 euros was a buffet style menu, with a nice selection of pasta meat fish salad. The entertainment for my 5 year old, face painting, bingo ect was also a surprising plus. The staff were all very helpful and made our stay a pleaseure

The location is very nice, close to communications but far enough for a relaxing environment. The staff is really helpful and kind, paying a charming approach with the children. The beds were very good, and in a very quiet place, sleeping was superb.

The Hotel is perfectly located between Soldeu and El tarter. Bot lifts within walking distance (not with ski shoes btw). The rooms are well set up with a great pool, Gym and Massage as options. Breakfast is good and offers a good variety of food

I really appreciated the hotel in general, the rooms are comfortable and clean. The location next to the station is ideal, you have 10-15 mn walk or a shuttle, 15 mn walk from el tarter City center. The staff is super friendly and helpful. You can book nice relaxant massages. I recommend and will probably come back.

The shuttle bus to the El Tarter Gondola was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The en suites were nice. The Hotel pool was good to have available and nice. Breakfast and dinner were self service buffet. The food on offer was nice with a good variety to cover all tastes. There is TV/comfy chair room and a games area with pool (2 euros) and table football (1 euro) as well as other arcade type games.

The hotel is nice and has things to do, as in the area there aren’t any bars or restaurant that you can go by foot in less than 20 minutes

The location next to the ski resort is great, the staff is welcoming, the massages that you can book in the hotel was worth it, the room were very clean.
